Future Manager 26 is published by Kickoff Studio. We act as the data controller for any personal data collected through this application. Contact: contactfuturemanager@gmail.com.
We collect only what is necessary to operate the game: • Account data: email address and unique user ID (Firebase UID), collected when you sign in via email or Google. • Game save data: career progress, club, squad, finances, season stats, objectives, and virtual currency balances — stored in Firebase Firestore. • Purchase data: transaction tokens processed via Google Play Billing to verify and credit in-app purchases server-side. We do not store payment card details. • Advertising data: device advertising identifier (GAID), where available, used by Google AdMob to serve ads. • Technical data: app version, device model, OS version, and crash logs for stability purposes. No precise location data is collected.
Account creation and login are handled by Firebase Authentication (Google LLC). You may sign in with an email/password or via Google Sign-In. Firebase is operated by Google and follows Google Cloud security standards. We never have access to your Google password.
Your game progress is automatically synced to Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud Platform). This allows you to continue your career on any device using the same account. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest on Google Cloud servers. Firestore security rules are designed to prevent users from accessing another user's data.
Future Manager 26 offers optional purchases of Coins processed through Google Play Billing. Purchase tokens are sent to our Firebase Cloud Function for server-side verification before any Coins are credited. We do not store or process payment information directly — all billing is handled by Google Play. Purchase records may be retained for legal and accounting compliance.
We use Google AdMob to display ads, including rewarded ads that may grant additional in-game rewards or bonus rewards. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (GAID) to show personalized ads. You can manage or reset your advertising ID through your Android privacy settings. AdMob's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Your data is used to: • Authenticate your account and secure your session. • Sync and restore your game save across devices. • Verify and credit in-app purchases. • Display relevant advertising to support the free app. • Detect crashes and improve app stability. • Manage promotional codes and in-game rewards. We do not use your data for third-party marketing or sell it to any third party.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data is shared only with the following service providers, strictly for their intended purpose: • Google Firebase (authentication and cloud database) • Google AdMob (advertising) • Google Play Billing (purchase verification) All providers operate under their own privacy policies and applicable data protection agreements.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If your account remains inactive for more than 24 months, we may delete your save data. You may request deletion at any time. Authentication records are retained as required by Firebase and applicable law.
If you are located in the European Union or EEA, you have the following rights: • Access: request a copy of your data. • Rectification: correct inaccurate data. • Erasure: request deletion of your account and all associated data. • Portability: receive your data in a portable format. • Objection: object to processing for advertising purposes. You can delete your account at any time from the account deletion option in Settings, or by emailing contactfuturemanager@gmail.com. Deletion permanently removes your Firebase account, cloud save, Coin balance, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. Local app data can be cleared by uninstalling the application.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all data transmissions, server-side Firestore security rules that isolate each user's data, and server-side purchase verification to prevent fraud. No client-side trust is placed on virtual currency amounts.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make significant changes, we will notify users within the app. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document always reflects the most recent revision.
